The principal objectives of the Parent Trust, through the ownership of the respective Operating Trusts, are: (a) to distribute to the Investors cash flows, as described in the Financial Forecast; (b) to manage the Properties in a manner consistent with prudent real estate management in order to maintain the Properties’ long-term value; and (c) unless the Fair Market Value Option has been exercised, to sell the Properties. There can be no assurance that any of these objectives will be achieved.
